Intern Introduction: Camden Davis

Hello, my name is Camden Davis, and I am in my first year of a Master's in Social Work at Western Carolina University, where I also received my Bachelor’s in Social Work in May 2026. I am happy to work with Circles because we have the same vision: helping people on their path to prosperity in any way we can through community support.

I am from Raleigh, North Carolina, which was a totally different area and community than the one I’ve grown accustomed to in the past 4 years in Sylva. Still, the mission and the ambition have always been the same: impacting as many lives as I can, no matter what.

I don’t believe I chose social work as my passion; I believe it has been sought out for me my whole life. Through my personal experiences, I felt things could be different for a lot of people who I believe get chastised for their decisions and not their choices, if there were someone like what I envision for myself to be: a guy who represents the people and who truly cares about the community being in unity.
