Join one of our volunteer teams!

Tuesday Team:

Support Circles by arranging food donations, serving a meal during a meeting, developing programming or contacting guest speakers, assisting with physical meeting set-up and take-down (tables, chairs, etc.), or providing childcare as needed.

Nothing represents community as well as serving a meal and enjoying it together! By joining our Tuesday Team and attending our meetings, volunteers have the opportunity to develop relationships and participate in the Circles community.

Fundraising/Finance Team:

Help develop our budget, work towards securing grants, develop relationships with donors, or plan and implement fundraisers.

As a nonprofit, fundraisers and grants are what allow Circles to continue pursuing those in need. If you have a knack for numbers or passion for fundraising, consider using those skills or interests to serve your community through Circles!

Recruitment Team:

Participate in community outreach presentations (speaking on behalf of Circles at colleges, churches, other organizations, etc.), recruit Circle Allies and Leaders as well as other volunteers, and serve as a liaison between Circles and other organizations in the community.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Circles! By helping with volunteer and client recruitment, you can contribute to the health and success of the entire organization.

Become a Circle Ally!

Commit to building a relationship with a Circle Leader and support them in reaching their goals of self-sufficiency.

Once an individual has graduated from Circle Leader training, they are officially given the status of Circle Leader and are then matched with two Circle Allies.

Circle Allies contribute to Leaders’ success by forming intentional friendships that provide encouragement, emotional support, and community. Allies make direct impacts on the lives of their Leaders simply be being a shoulder to lean on and a resource for problem solving.

While Allies and Leaders are matched together for success, Allies are never left on their own. Each Circle Leader will be paired with two Allies who will not only support them in their journey to self-sufficiency, but will also provide emotional support to each other. Furthermore, Allies undergo training to ensure they are completely prepared to serve their Circle Leaders in the best ways possible.

Minimum expectations of Allies include contact with their Leader and parter Ally once a week.

With only 2 hours a week, you can have a front row seat to watching someone change their life for the better.
