2025 Poverty Simulation

After months of collaborating with Western Carolina University’s Parks and Recreation Management Program, we are excited to announce that a Poverty Simulation will be held on November 15th. Additional details for the time and location may be found here.

A poverty simulation is an immersive experience that showcases the daily challenges low-income families face. Created by the Missouri Community Action Network, the simulation involves participants who navigate a series of real-world issues that many of their community members face.
